Meet Cyndi Wiebe
Owner, Small Creek Studio
Cyndi Wiebe is a rural Canadian artist, illustrator, art teacher, and graphic designer. Inspired by adventures raising her children under endless prairie skies, she uses child-like whimsy, bold colours, flowing movement, and unique perspectives to saturate her illustrations. Cyndi studied Graphic Design at Red River College in Winnipeg and now runs Small Creek Studio out of her home near Niverville, Manitoba. As a mother of a blended family with five children, Cyndi tests out her own stories Molly and the Tickle, and Molly and Space for Adventure, on her children, nieces, nephews, and any other children willing to lend their ear. Cyndi is also a live performance painting artist who presents at events and fundraisers such as the Pro Sports and Faith Night, WPS Ride for Refuge, concerts, corporate events, and church services. In addition to her art and design work, she loves to teach and explore art with her students in Winnipeg and Southern Manitoba.
